Podcast Advent Day 5: Every Little Thing
If you are a fan of random facts, or often have random questions you'd love answers too then this podcast will scratch that itch. Each episode starts with a question from a listener that can be anything from. Why do we need stamps to who picks up the president from the airport when they visit different countries and the hosts of the podcast go off and find people who know the answer.
The questions always start seemingly mindless, pointless and/or frivolous, but somehow the ins and outs of the New York tunnel system as a backdrop for why there are so many rats seems interesting once you understand the ins and outs.
This podcast has peaked my curiosity about even more seemingly mundane things than before, and further cements the fact that everything is connected and everything has a reason for being. I think that also makes this podcast perfect accompaniment for when I'm cleaning or road tripping!
Today's episode on Why do strangers keep talking to me? is one I've shared a few times, simply because it's a question those people have posed to the room. And in classic Isobel response, I tell them I have a podcast for that! I don't think they believe me until they hear it, which to me is all the endorsement needed to share for Day 5 - enjoy!
